Neil started in the construction business back in the early 80’s learning the ropes as a Carpenter, which sparked his passion for the construction industry.
Neil worked as Cabinet Manufactures’ Rep. traveling the country, and owned two Kitchen & Bath Showrooms, prior to becoming a HOME BUILDER in the Chicago area. His practical hands-on experience, coupled with his project management skills and in-depth industry knowledge, help to make him an ideal partner to work with.

As a Husband and Wife team, Brenda brings her technical Sales & Marketing, and Project Management experience to the table as our Vice President and CMO. Brenda adds her strong marketing experience and female perspective to the design phase along with exceptional “multi-tasking” capabilities to help track and keep your projects moving on schedule.
As Sailing enthusiasts, we wanted to incorporate the “Compass Rose” into our logo as a reminder to stay on course, keeping our integrity and work life balance in check.
